Terms and Conditions
Stationery
All of our stationery items are made by hand, therefore we cannot guarantee all items will be identical. Due to the natural element involved with a lot of our materials, we cannot guarantee colour matching throughout batches. Some designs may fall into the 'Large Letter' category for posting by Royal Mail. We will draw this to your attention if this is the case, but ask that you consider postage costs of your stationery before ordering.
Proofs
You will be sent 1 proof of each item before committing to your order. You are responsible for checking each item thoroughly and notifying us of any changes.
We require you to sign and date each proof and any changes before returning all items to us. Perfect Sky cannot accept responsibility for any errors not picked up by you at the proofing stage. Any changes or reprints required due to inaccurate proofing will result in an additional charge.
Once a proof has been approved, you are consenting to the printing and / or making of your stationery to fulfil your order.
Payment and deposits
On orders over £100, a minimum of 50% deposit is required with return of the proofs. On orders of £100 or less, the full amount must be paid on return of the proofs. All deposits are non-refundable. We are unable to start work until a deposit has been made.
You will be notified when the order is ready for collection / delivery. Full payment must be received before your order can be dispatched.
We accept payment by cash or cheque.

Delivery
Your stationery will be ready for collection 8 weeks after the date of your order. Please speak to us if you require your stationery sooner. A standard charge of £10 is made if you would like your stationery delivered, although this may be more as cost is dependent on the size and weight of your order. We will notify you if this is the case. There is no charge if you are collecting.
Ownership of work
Perfect Sky reserves the right to use any design on our website and in our portfolios in order to help sell our services.
All designs are owned by Tina Hall at Perfect Sky and must not be copied without permission.
